Overview
A global food producer approached Mehtalogy to build a unified end-to-end traceability systemacross farms, processing plants, warehouses, and distributors. The challenge: ensuring real-time monitoring, regulatory compliance, andtamper-proof data integrity across geographically distributed locations.
The solution required a resilient, geo-replicated IIoT architecture, capable of processing millions of telemetry events per hour while ensuring99.99% uptime and seamless global failover.
